Peacefulness is above and beyond everything which gives the ability to achieve anything.

We all feel these 3 type of feelings: Happiness, Peacefulness and Sadness. I have agreed to come to the conclusion through my experience that the state which is the most satisfying is the state of Peacefulness which keeps the mind sharp, present minded and provides mental strength to develop the physical strength and fitness.

Practicing Peacefulness to achieve Fitness and Physical Endurance:

  • Just Observe and relish the little details. This improves the concentration power. Live the present moment. Do not overthink – analyzing things for long period at a stretch.

For example:

When you are eating an orange, enjoy the aroma first and you will realize that the fruit just starts tasting sweeter than before

While going out for a stroll, observe the colors of the flowers, the smiling faces, it calms the mind.

  • Keeping the mind pure and calm through good thoughts, good actions and speaking right words. Streamlining the mind is the most powerful change which will help one achieve physical fitness and endurance.

Just by practicing this, one can see a change in appearance – the skin appears to shine, the hair texture improves. I am writing this based on my own experience.

  • Exercise smoothly and consistently. I have come to a routine of doing yoga, home exercises, willingly doing all household chores by accepting the mantra: Work Smoothly and Consistently.
  • Know what you eating. Gain knowledge on the nutrition and the health benefits of the food you eat. Choose the right food based on your knowledge and awareness. Limit the quantity and improve the quality of nutrition intake.
