An immediate relief for the gums irritation and tooth ache is to try the below:
1. Brush teeth with gentle bristles brush or electronic brush,
Then ,
2. Do salt water mouth wash
3. Applying ice pack on face on the affected area.
This has proved effective in my case.
Other methods to try:
1. Oil pulling – I use sesame oil, it is really good for natural way for cleaning the teeth but didn’t prove effective to give me pain relief.
2. Biting 2 -3 cloves will help relieve tooth pain and maintain good oral health.
These are effective home treatments. Maintaining oral hygiene by brushing morning and before sleep is a must.
