A positive self image by visualizing self after achieving the goal and a ‘Can Do’ attitude is enough to kick-start the journey. Magic trick is to see things in a simple way. Keep it simple, work smoothly by starting with simple tasks and progress towards more complex ones.

I have this week as a Holiday Week – I need to dedicate all these 7 days to imbibe the exercise routine to my personality.
In terms of healthy eating, need to do these minor tweaks:
I need to sip Chia seeds drink, cumin+honey+lemon drink or any other detox drink throughout the day which will help me feel full and detoxify my body.
Plan is to include Fenugreek seeds Sprouts before every meal (It does not taste bitter at all) and to replace Rice with 1 cup of Quinoa.

Figured out what kind of diet is needed to keep me at bay from Junk food. It needs a dedicated cooking time and meal plan because the kid deserves to eat fresh and healthy food everyday.
- Morning 7 AM – Need to wake up everyday so that I can dedicate cooking time to kick-start the day with a healthy breakfast.
- Will make conscious effort to choose healthy food and avoid junk altogether.
- Will start exercising from today for 20 minutes and the goal is to increase it to 1 hour per day. I will write down the progress here. There are excellent benefits of exercising, then why not do it everyday.
Gist is: Exercise, Dedicate Cooking Time, Wake up early

Healthy habits practiced:
Morning routine : Boil water with Cumin seeds, filter the water, add a spoon of honey and lemon juice. I have starting taking this drink every morning. I have read a plethora of articles on the benefits of cumin water.
Office Drink: I have started taking 1 mug of Chia seeds with cumin water to the office. I drink it sip by sip throughout the day and when I want to have it warm, I just mix it with a bit of hot water to make it warm. It subsides all the hunger cravings for junk snacks.

Healthy diet: I had Broccoli, 1 phulka and Roti for dinner.
Hobby Time: Spent Quality time with my kid. We played Kitchen set yesterday and to my surprise I found that she has got a knack of cooking! Wow! How I relished accompanying her cooking with her kitchen play set. And then, she spent some time with her Dad to do some Balloon sculpting, that’s when I spent the time cooking.
